We are pleased to invite you to the first seminar dedicated to the presentation of the progress and results of the DARE Project Pilot Projects, with Professor Giuseppe Liotta, Department of Biomedicine and Prevention, University of Rome – Tor Vergata, as speaker. On Friday 13 March, from 11:30 to 12:00, we will present the Pilot Project entitled “Developing of a social and health care integrated model to reduce the overcrowding of Emergency Rooms and inappropriate hospital admissions”.
This pilot project focuses on developing an algorithm capable of predicting the risk of above-average hospital stays for patients over the age of 65, with a view to taking appropriate action to prevent this problem, involving community care services.
