
The University of Bari Aldo Moro's Department of Computer Science is pleased to announce the return of the advanced training course, "Digital Health: Guiding the Digital Transformation in the Healthcare Sector," for its second edition. This course is promoted as part of the DARE (Digital Life-Long Prevention) project, which falls under the National Plan for Investments Complementary to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Directed by Professor Veronica Rossano, the course comprises 100 hours of study (equivalent to 4 ECTS credits) and will be delivered in a blended format by two DARE researchers, Martina Iammarino and Giulio Mallardi.
The aim is to prepare the participants for leading and managing the digital transformation in healthcare. The course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, and their application in the healthcare sector. Participants will gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge to identify the challenges and opportunities related to the digitalization of healthcare, developing the leadership and change management skills necessary to successfully implement digital solutions in complex healthcare environments.
