Ethics and Law in Clinical Research: from Idea to Experimentation – Lecture 4
The seminar series “Ethics and Law in Clinical Research: from Idea to Experimentation” will be dedicated to the ethical and legal aspects of clinical research.
The course consists of six two-hour sessions, free of charge and open to all, which will take place exclusively online on the Teams platform from September 16 to October 21.
To attend, registration will be required.

Abstract: Durante questo incontro, si partirà dal concetto di dato personale e si passerà alla ricerca scientifica. Si analizzerà l’articolo 110 e le eccezioni alla necessità della raccolta del consenso e le difficoltà applicative. In ultimo, si affronterà la valutazione d’impatto (art. 35 GDPR) quale strumento, valutando le criticità nella sua realizzazione.
